Where we're based

ClariCase is based in Davao City, Philippines, and primarily serves individuals and small businesses in Davao City and the surrounding Davao Region. Your documents are prepared by our team of document specialists, working from official forms, published rules, and other publicly available resources.

Document, business & DTI assistance only

Our services are limited to preparing documents based on information you provide, together with publicly available legal and government resources — including lawsuit responses and court filings, DTI business name registration, and other business or permit paperwork. We do not select legal strategies on your behalf, evaluate the merits of your legal position, or guarantee any outcome in your case or the approval of any registration or permit application.

Our lawyer referral network

Where your matter requires legal advice or court representation, we may refer or connect you with an independent, licensed lawyer from our network of affordable partner lawyers in Davao City. Any lawyer we refer you to is not an employee, agent, or partner of ClariCase — they practice independently, and any legal representation, advice, and fees for that representation are agreed directly between you and that lawyer. ClariCase is not a party to that engagement, does not supervise the lawyer's work, and does not guarantee the outcome of any matter they handle for you.

You are responsible for your case

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for meeting all court and government deadlines, and for any decisions made in connection with your case or registration — including whether and which lawyer to engage. We encourage every client to independently verify court rules, DTI requirements, and deadlines that apply to their situation.
